Sargas has all rights for IP ownership between the parties, the essence being that Sargas has proprietary rights to the IPR regarding technology for capture of carbon dioxide and coal and gas related pollutants.

Sargas has assembled an international group of leading vendors including an industrial fabrication and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) alliance "The Alliance" with Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering ( DSME ); Korea and SNC- Lavalin; Canada. The Alliance provides for the integrated manufacture, engineering and fabrication of turnkey power plants as well as CO₂ plants and CO₂ transportation ships .
